Morning blooms

Hey !!!!!!!! Its a brand new day and feeling wonderful after exercising for about 30 mins in the morning. Lovely!
Well today I am going to share some of the significance of working out in the morning. A day before I just read about night time workout. But in some way I just couldn't digest the new way of workout. Morning workouts have been proven for years not that people have not experimented working out at night. But the benefits are just not satisfying. Our body needs rest in the end of the day and if we try to exert it then it will effect our next day. Like due to tiredness we tend to get up late and our day gets delayed on a whole. Even for people who sleep and wake up late it's just not a good habit and they need to change their habits to see the benefits.
To get the best benefits of being an early riser, what usually I do is the follows:
5 am:        wake up
5-6 am      exercise
6-end of the day I do my necessaries.
I drink 2 glasses of water in the time span of 5-6 am. Drinking lemon water or coconut water early in the morning helps.

So I have a whole lot 14 hours excluding 1 more hour of exercise in the evening.

Now as marathon runners the first thing we got to be is as disciplined as possible.
The problem that I usually face is not just running but running to be fit . I rather not see it as a problem but an opportunity to become healthy.
So to become thin I don't believe in starving but to eat healthy and not junk.
So as marathoners we got to make a few oaths to ourselves:

1.No fried or junk or outside food to be eaten.
2.Eat only home-made food.(cook your own food as much as possible as it  reduces your appetite to eat more).
3.Exercise for at least 2 hours in a day. (break the time into halves viz. morning or evening).
4.Eat lots of proteins in a day.
5.Drink at least 10 glasses of water in a day.(Include juices).

Hopefully I follow this for 7.5 months.
